Refund policy

The customer may need to pay customs or duty fees if he or she is located outside of Canada. The customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees. Paimon's Boutique does not cover any customs or duty fees and will not offer refunds for those charges. Customs and duty fees are out of Paimon's Boutique's control and are regulated by shipping carriers and governmental agencies. Therefore, the customer is responsible for tracking their order and paying any related fees.

If the customer fails to pay the customs and duties on a package, it will be destroyed by the postal services. If that happens, the customer will not be refunded or compensated since he or she is responsible for monitoring their packages.

USA and Canada shipments may be sent back to Paimon's Boutique. In that case, the customer will be responsible to pay the return fees ($7CAD) and re-shipment fees in order to receive their package. If the customer does not want to pay those fees and would prefer to cancel the order, he or she will be refunded minus the amount paid for shipping and the return fee.


You may learn more about your destination country’s regulations to estimate the customs or duty fees you may need to pay.

Wrong address/Incomplete address returns:

If the customer has provided an incomplete or wrong address at checkout, please notify us as soon as possible using our chatbox. Paimon's Boutique cannot proceed an address change after a package has been shipped. The customer will need to get in touch with their local postal carriers to request forwarding service.

If the customer changed addresses and was unable to get their hands on the package, they will be responsible to pay the return fees and re-shipment fees in order to receive the package (returns not available outside USA and Canada). If the customer does not want to pay those fees and would prefer to cancel the order, he or she will be refunded minus the amount paid for shipping and the return fees.

Paimon's Boutique will not provide refunds for incorrect addresses.


Cancellations:
Paimon's Boutique does not accept cancellations on pre-sale items. Paimon's Boutique  does not accept any cancellations on ready to ship items if they have already been shipped.

Size change:
If the customer wants to request a size change, please contact Paimon’s Boutique as soon as possible using the chatbox. We will do our best to assist you. However, once mass production for pre-sale items has begun, Paimon's Boutique may no longer proceed with size modifications for pre-sale items.

If you believe there is an issue with the sizing of the item you received, please contact Paimon's Boutique within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Returns and exchanges:

  • Paimon's Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges on pre-sale items. However, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Returns or exchanges on ready to ship items can be made at the buyer's expense. The customer will need to pay the shipping cost for the returns as well as the shipping cost of the new item, unless there was a mistake made by us. If we made a mistake, we will do our best to find the right solution for you.
  • For returns and exchanges, the items must be in mint condition and unworn.
  • Paimon's Boutique will not issue refunds for incorrect size.
  • Paimon's Boutique will not issue refunds for sweaters with embroidery colors varying slightly from the pictures posted. Sweaters are embroidered with the available colors at the moment of confection, and you agree that those colors may vary slighlty from the pictures posted on the website. The customer also understands that different computers and mobiles display colors differently.

Refunds:

Any refunds from Paimon's Boutique will be issued as a gift card balance.
